Definition and processing of personal data

  • Personal data : information that allows an individual to be identified directly or indirectly.
    This category includes
    – surname and first name of the person,
    – age and gender,
    – civil status,
    – contact information (e-mail, telephone),
    – identification information (ID / pseudonym),
    – connection and browsing information (IP address, geolocation), etc.
  • Processing of personal data : process undergone by personal data that involves the collection, saving, organization, classifying, sending, adjustment, modification, consultation, erasure, destruction of the data.

 

Rights and Freedoms according to the GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from 25 May 2018 mentions the following rights :

  • The right of access : the right to request communication of your personal information that the institution holds in its files.
  • The right of rectification : the right to request the rectification of your personal data in case of inaccuracy or in order to complete such data.
  • The right to portability : the right to request that the organization provide you with your personal data in a “structured, commonly used and machine-readable” format.
  • The right of deletion : the possibility to express the wish to have your stored personal data deleted.
  • The right of opposition : the right to oppose the processing of your data as well as any contact information by the organization or one of its partners.
  • The right of restriction : the right to request the restriction of the use made of your data by VIADANSE in the following situations:- object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate concern,- declare the inaccuracy of your data,- suspect that the processing of your data is unlawful.
  • The right to complain to a competent authority : if you feel that VIADANSE is using your personal data in an abusive/inappropriate way, you can file a complaint with the competent authority: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes/internet.

  • Data concerning the organizations participating in the project (name, type, address, email, telephone and contact details of the legal representative)
  • Personal data of the project stakeholders, i.e. the people involved in the implementation of the project (name, address, e-mail, telephone)
  • Information on the project (where it is being implemented, beneficiaries, activities organized, information on the stakeholders, timetable and budget)

The purposes of the processing of your data by VIADANSE, publisher of the TDC project website (www.danse-tdc.com)

The data collected during the creation of a personal space is processed solely for the creation and management of access.

The data collected when creating a project is reserved solely for the use of the project assembly guide.

The personal data collected by VIADANSE through the TDC project website is not transferred or rented out, whether free of charge or against payment, to third parties.

The personal data collected via the TDC project website will be processed solely for the purpose of improving the website (possible malfunctions, website and/or server security) and facilitating user navigation (anonymized statistical calculations by Google Analytics).

How long will your data be stored ?

In accordance with the GDPR, the length of time personal data is kept will depend on the type of information collected and the purpose for which it is collected.

The data collected for the creation of a personal space is recorded in a digital file by VIADANSE for the proper functioning of the personal space.

The data collected during the creation of a project is kept until the personal space is closed.

By default, if the personal space has not been activated for three years (since the date of the last connection), the account and the data entered will be deleted.

Definition and management of cookies

In order to enable statistical analysis of the visits of Internet users and the number of clicks on certain buttons, this site uses cookies.

This is a small file deposited on your computer (or any other terminal used) when you consult certain websites storing information relating to your browsing history.
